We will discuss consent form, medical history and take measurements. Ask any questions you may have. Once service is booked $ 20 payment will be applied to you remaining balance. Cancellation Policy

- After 10 minutes from the start of your appointment time=$15 late free -After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. -If you need to cancel or reschedule it must be done at least 24 hours in advance directly through me (773-543-2335) text or call. please be sure to include name and appointment day/time in the text. - Please understand that appointment times are limited, appointments canceled WITHOUT 24 HOUR notice will be charged 25% of the total appointment amount and charged to the card on file. -ALL ''NO SHOWS'' appointments will be charged 100% of the total amount of the service to the card on file.
