Service Description

Radio Frequency/ Skin Tightening, Laser Lipo, Cavitation, Molding. Lipo Cavitation procedures is calibrated only to target fat cells. When ultrasonic waves are directed to the area of fatty tissue you wat to remove, they damage the fat cell membranes. Because the device is calibrated only to target fat cells, no other damage will occur to surrounding tissues or organs. During the procedure, ultrasonic waves begin to break down the fat cells being targeted. Must be 18 or older. DEPOSIT NONREFUNDABLE NOT RECOMMENDED: 1. CANCER PATIENTS 2. BREAST IMPLANTS 3. Cancellation Policy

- After 10 minutes from the start of your appointment time=$15 late free -After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. -If you need to cancel or reschedule it must be done at least 24 hours in advance directly through me (773-543-2335) text or call. please be sure to include name and appointment day/time in the text. - Please understand that appointment times are limited, appointments canceled WITHOUT 24 HOUR notice will be charged 25% of the total appointment amount and charged to the card on file. -ALL ''NO SHOWS'' appointments will be charged 100% of the total amount of the service to the card on file.
